Cardio Kickboxing Exercise

Saturday mornings at the OCIC gym

June 28 - August 23                           10:00 – 11:00am

(no class Saturday, July 5)   Minimum Participants 10

Geared for all levels of fitness:  Have Fun, Get Fit, Finish Strong

 Exercise routines to high intensity music, including:

                     Traditional boxing movements – combinations, jab, hook, uppercut             

                     Kicks – front, side, roundhouse, back

                     Push ups, plyometrics, and strengthening of abs, upper and lower body

 

Participants will need to bring water, a jump rope, 3 or 5 lb. hand weights, a mat and gym shoes to change from street shoes.

Registration Fees: $25 OC Members or $5 "Drop In" per class                      

               $40 Non Members or $10 "Drop In" per class
