Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on slow movements and stretching. It is especially good for increasing flexibility and balance. Yoga has been a meditation technique for thousands of years. Learn how to relax and relieve stress in this fun and six week class taught by Emily Jaworski. Please bring your own mat to class. Minimum of 5 participants.
